As a general rule, an 8x10 suits a studio or small one-bedroom worth of items, a 10x9 works well for one bedroom worth of items, a 10x15 handles one to two bedrooms comfortably, an 8x20 is a great fit for two to three bedrooms or long items like ladders and lumber, and a 10x24 is suited for three to four bedrooms or larger loads. If you are unsure, call us before you book and we will talk through what you need to store. It is much easier to size correctly upfront than to transfer units later.
Yes. All tenants receive a personal access code for the electronic gate, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our office has set hours but your unit is always accessible to you at any time.
No. All of our self-storage units are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required. You can stay for one month or several years. If your situation changes, you can vacate with proper notice and there are no penalties for leaving early.
Yes. Each unit has its own individual electronic alarm in addition to the facility-wide CCTV surveillance system. The property is fully fenced and well lit at all times. We take the security of your belongings seriously.
Standard restrictions apply. You cannot store flammable or hazardous materials, perishable food, living plants or animals, or anything illegal. Vehicles and large recreational equipment such as boats and RVs should be stored in our dedicated outdoor lots rather than in a self-storage unit.
