Boat and RV Storage
Three lot sizes, gated and secure

Keep Your Investment Safe All Season Long

Eastern Ontario is a paradise for boaters and outdoor enthusiasts, but the off-season can be tough on recreational vehicles left sitting in a driveway or side yard. Our boat and RV storage lots are designed to give your investment a proper home between adventures.

The facility is fully fenced, gated with keypad access, and monitored by surveillance cameras around the clock. Wide drive lanes make it easy to pull in and out even with a long trailer in tow, and our three lot sizes are designed to accommodate everything from a small fishing boat on a trailer to a full-sized Class A motorhome.

We welcome boats of all types, personal watercraft, travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and utility trailers. Seasonal plans are available for customers who only need winter storage, as well as annual plans for those who prefer a dedicated spot year-round.

  • Fully fenced and gated perimeter with keypad access
  • CCTV surveillance throughout the facility
  • Wide drive lanes for easy maneuverability
  • Seasonal and annual plans available
  • Boats, RVs, trailers, and personal watercraft all welcome
  • Located minutes from Highway 401 in Brockville

200 sq ft  |  up to 20 ft length

Our entry-level outdoor lot is a great fit for smaller recreational vehicles. At 10 feet wide and 20 feet deep, this spot comfortably handles most single-axle boat trailers, personal watercraft on a trailer, smaller fishing boats, and compact travel trailers. If your vehicle is under 20 feet bumper to hitch, this is your spot.

  • Jet skis and personal watercraft on a single trailer

Our largest outdoor lot is designed for full-size recreational vehicles that need the most room. Class A motorhomes, large fifth wheels, and extended travel trailers often run 32 to 35 feet and need a spot that can accommodate both the vehicle and a bit of working space at the rear for connection and setup. This lot delivers exactly that.

Suggested Uses
  • Full-size Class A motorhomes and luxury coaches
  • Large fifth wheel trailers 30 ft and over
  • Extended travel trailers with slide-outs

Boat and RV Storage FAQ

For boats, measure from the bow to the back of the trailer, not just the boat itself. For RVs, measure the total length from bumper to hitch or tow bar. You want your vehicle to fit comfortably within the lot with a few feet to spare at the back. If you are right on the edge between two sizes, always go with the larger lot.
Yes. All tenants receive a personal keypad code for the facility gate and can access their vehicle at any time, seven days a week. Whether you need to grab gear, do some maintenance, or retrieve an item from your RV in the middle of January, your spot is always accessible.
Yes. We offer seasonal plans designed specifically for customers who only need storage during the off-season. Seasonal storage typically runs from late fall through to early spring. Contact us to confirm current seasonal dates and availability before booking.
Our standard lots are open-air outdoor spaces. For customers looking for covered protection from snow and UV exposure, ask us about covered canopy availability when you contact us. Covered spots are limited, so we recommend booking early if that is a priority for you.
We accept boats of all types on trailers, personal watercraft, motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, utility trailers, and enclosed cargo trailers. Vehicles must be road-worthy and insured. We do not accept abandoned or unregistered vehicles. If you have something unusual, just call us and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it.
