Terms and Conditions – Canadian Storage Plus

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the self-storage services and website provided by Canadian Storage Plus. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and establish the legal agreement between Canadian Storage Plus and our customers. By accessing our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Storage Unit Rental
1.1 Availability: Storage units are subject to availability and are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.2 Rental Agreement: The rental of a storage unit is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the License Agreement between the customer and Canadian Storage Plus.
1.3 Unit Sizes: Storage unit sizes are approximate and may vary slightly from the dimensions stated.
1.4 Prohibited Items: Customers agree not to store any prohibited items as outlined in the License Agreement. Canadian Storage Plus reserves the right to inspect units and remove any prohibited items.
- Payment and Billing
2.1 Rental Fees: Customers agree to pay the rental fees for the storage unit as specified in the License Agreement.
2.2 Payment Terms: Rental fees are due in advance, and customers are responsible for making timely payments by the specified due date.
2.3 Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to late fees or other charges as outlined in the License Agreement.
2.4 Security Deposits: Canadian Storage Plus may require customers to provide a security deposit, which will be returned in accordance with the License Agreement.
2.5 Refunds: Rental fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the License Agreement or as required by law.
- Access and Use
3.1 Facility Access: Customers are granted access to the storage facility during designated operating hours or as specified in the License Agreement.
3.2 Identification: Customers must present valid identification and comply with any access control procedures implemented by Canadian Storage Plus.
3.3 Security Measures: Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their storage unit and ensuring that it is properly locked.
3.4 Termination of Access: Canadian Storage Plus reserves the right to terminate a customer’s access to the storage facility in case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or the License Agreement.
- Liability and Insurance
4.1 Limitation of Liability: Canadian Storage Plus is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of customer property stored in the units, except as required by law.
4.2 Insurance: Customers are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for their stored items. Canadian Storage Plus may offer insurance options, but the customer is under no obligation to purchase such insurance.
4.3 Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Canadian Storage Plus harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the storage services or website.
- Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, used in connection with Canadian Storage Plus are owned by Canadian Storage Plus or its licensors.
5.2 Limited License: Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Termination
6.1 Termination by Customers: Customers may terminate their storage unit rental by providing written notice to Canadian Storage Plus in accordance with the License Agreement.
6.2 Termination by Canadian Storage Plus: Canadian Storage Plus reserves the right to terminate the storage unit rental or access to the facility for violation of these Terms and Conditions or the License Agreement.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
